This role would offer you the chance to lead a 4 - 5 person analytical development team within a global pharmaceutical business. Working on a large site in scenic south Wales, your team would work with modern equipment to carry out analytical development & validation activities.

The position:

• This is a client facing position which is responsible for day to management of analytical development projects, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• In addition to that you will be responsible for a small 4 - 5 person team, overseeing work, training, mentoring and coaching.
• This position will also be responsible for planning and scheduling the workload amongst the team.

Experience:

• If you feel that this role is relevant for you to apply to, then you will have hands on experience in pharmaceutical analytical development and validation
