About the role

The role is ideal for someone who already has gained experience in an Engineering leadership position and is seeking a successful career in a nurturing business. This role will involve championing a company culture that encourages personal development and overseeing plant and equipment safety. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Ongoing training will be provided where necessary.

Required experience;

• Relevant Engineering qualification; HNC or degree
• Previous project management and staff supervisory experience
• Previous experience working with modern instrumentation and PLC/ SCADA control systems
• Previous work experience within Food or Beverages industries would be highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
