QA Specialist (NPI – New Product Introduction)

Our client is a leading light within the UK Cell & Gene Therapy Market and given the continued expansion and investment, is looking to hire new QA Specialists that will be responsible for all QA activities and duties related to the introduction of new technology and products from laboratory/QC to manufacturing.

Given the exciting growth on site and the launch of this brand new development and manufacturing facility, these hires will be critical in helping oversee quality issues in relation to technology transfer. This includes both auditing responsibility and wider involvement of the vendor management process.

These brand new positions offer an outstanding opportunity to be a part of an exciting long-term project and a genuine chance to be exposed to new technology and processes. Development and progression is very realistic given the nature of the business and continued plans for expansion in the coming 12 months.

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years QA experience within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical setting
• GMP experience is essential
• Previous experience within QC / Analytical (or strong knowledge of tech transfer) would be highly desirable
• Good experience and understanding of managing 3rd party vendors
• Internal or external auditing experience highly beneficial – potential to progress within this area through training and development
• Passion and interest in the cell and gene therapy market
• Open to learning and developing experience
• Willing to turn hands to all areas of quality and keep a broad exposure
• Strong and engaging communicator
